今回のワークショップでは「アシュタンガヨガワークショップ」と「美的で知的なアーサナへのキーポイント&マインド『肩編』」の2部制で開催します。
谷戸先生の丁寧な解説を吸収しながら、自分の体と仲良くなる方法を探ってみませんか?
1.アシュタンガヨガワークショップ
アシュタンガヨガを楽しむポイント&心地よいアサナを感じるための体の使い方を意識するワークショップ(以下WS)です。力任せのアサナではなく、無理なく快適に流れる呼吸のようなアサナを味わいましょう。
デモンストレーションを交えながら、体と戯れ、体と意識の回路を繋げさらに楽しいアシュタンガを!
2.美的で知的なアーサナへのキーポイント&マインド「肩編」
肩や肩甲骨、肩を固くする原因や肩・肩周辺が身体に及ぼす影響などを学びながら肩周辺の可動域が広がった先の不思議な身体の変化をお楽しみ下さい。
肩周辺を意識することにより前屈・後屈・捻りの様々なアーサナが変わる?!
アサナの実践は肩にフォーカスして肩の可動域を拡げるテクニックを用い肩の柔軟性を拡げ、肩の柔軟性が様々なアサナに及ぼす影響を徹底的に検証します。
肩は思わぬ荷が溜まってしまう場所です。
肩の荷が下りるという言葉がある通り、ストレスを抱えたり、悩んだり、緊張が日々にあると無意識に肩が上がり、前に出て、その姿勢が体の内外に様々な影響を与えます。
様々なテクニックで肩の荷を取り、ストレスフリーでアサナが行える準備を行いましょう。
肩に力が入っていると、力が必要なときにあまり力が出ず、支えるアサナなどとても苦しく感じてしまいます。普段は出来るだけ無駄なエネルギーを使わないようリラックスしていると力が必要なときにスムーズにエネルギーが生まれ更にアサナも心地よく味わえると思います。
前屈、捻りのアサナ、逆さまになるアサナ、体を腕で支えるアサナ、後屈などに肩は実は大きく関わっています。

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and all. But think of if you added some great photos or videos to give your posts more, "pop"!
